We are currently in-network with the following PPO and select HMO plans:

Our team will verify your benefits before your first visit so you'll have a better understanding of your expected financial responsibility.

Please Note: Insurance benefits vary by plan. Coverage, deductibles, copays, coinsuranceauthorization requirements, and visit limits are determined by your individual policy.

Our team will contact your insurance company to verify your eligibility and explain your estimated coverage before your evaluation.

3. Begin Therapy

Once benefits have been reviewed and any required authorizations are obtained, we'll help you schedule services that fit your family's needs.
